Founder's Associate

Summary

We’re looking for a dynamic Founder’s Associate to join our fast-growing team. This is a unique, hands-on role working directly with the founder and senior leadership team across marketing and project delivery. You’ll be at the intersection of storytelling, operations, and customer success—helping us scale both our message and our impact.

This is perfect for someone early in their career who wants to learn how a healthtech startup runs, take ownership, and grow fast in a mission-driven company.

Responsibilities

Marketing & Education (50%)

• Working with Head of Operations to support creation and execution of educational video content (e.g. explainers, interviews, training videos)
• Drafting social media content and create engaging posts on LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube
• Assist with organising and promoting events, webinars, and product launches
• Help develop marketing materials, slide decks, and case studies for customer and investor communications
• Track performance metrics (views, engagement, sign-ups) and support data-driven growth decisions

Project Support & Delivery (50%)

• Support the Customer Delivery team with onboarding hospital customers onto the Newton’s Tree platform
• Help track implementation activities (site visits, IT onboarding, safety & governance steps) using our project templates and Notion
• Liaise with customers to coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and documentation
• Assist in onboarding AI vendors and managing timelines for AI app deployments
• Contribute to writing delivery playbooks, SOPs, and customer success materials

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Highly organised, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced environments
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams
• Love telling stories—whether through videos, social media, or slides
• Curious about AI, healthcare, and startups (bonus if you’ve worked in or studied any of them!)
• Can manage multiple priorities and move fluidly between marketing and operational tasks
• Enjoy taking initiative and want exposure to many parts of the business

Salary & Benefits

• £30k-£50k PA (depending on experience)
