The Texas Responsible AI Governance Act (TRAIGA) has officially been signed into law. This legislation, effective January 1, 2026, marks a shift in how health systems must approach AI deployment and monitoring.
It requires deploying organisations, such as health systems, to have robust processes in place including post-deployment safeguards.
