67% drop in clinicians spending 1–2 hours/day on notes (from 46% to 15%, p < 0.001), with significant time reductions across notes, doctor’s letters, and summaries (all p < 0.001). 54% said they could provide better care, 58% reported higher job satisfaction, 51% felt more engaged, 64% were more efficient, 63% said AI reduced burden, and 60% said it improved medico-legal compliance.
